The Age Cigar can be used to change anybody it zaps into whatever age it is set to. This includes the age 0, which will zap somebody out of existence. When connected to a satellite, it can turn people all over the world into any age. It looks like a normal cigar until a button on its side is pressed.
It is used to try to turn the entire world population into babies by Mr. B., to make Numbuh 1 an adult, to amuse the Delightful Children from Down the Lane by turning Jenkins Hitchcock into various ages, and to change Sector V and the Delightful Children into different ages when they're fighting. After that, it was destroyed by Numbuh 1 after he changed himself back to normal.
