Cuppa Joe is a coffee-themed villain voiced by Tom Kenny, whose name is a pun on the phrase "cup of Joe". He carries an over-sized coffee mug which he constantly drinks from to receive a caffeine rush, which briefly gives him amazing physical strength and agility. Cuppa Joe owns a coffee drilling rig at sea, where his coffee drilling workers supply the DCFDTL’s coffee. Cuppa Joe only major episode is Operation: U.N.D.E.R.C.O.V.E.R.. But he's also seen in Operation: F.L.U.S.H. at the coffee shop, talking aloud about how good his cup is, continuously pouring sugar into it.
