The Delightful Mansion From Down The Lane is a large and beautiful mansion just down the lane from Sector V's Treehouse. Home of Father and the Delightful Children From Down The Lane, it is equipped with superior defensive systems and an army of K.N.I.G.H.T.A.M.O.N.S. to defend it when under attack. It is also the main setting in Operation: G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S..

In Operation: C.A.K.E.D., we see that the Delightful Children sometimes "inviting" guests to their birthday parties where in fact held them captive there to sing a monotonous birthday song and watch the Delightfuls eat the cake alone. In Operation: N.O.-P.O.W.U.H., the Delightful Children use it to hold auditions for villains wanting to destroy the KND, including the Toilenator, and Gramma Stuffum.

In Operation: Z.E.R.O., it was mostly destroyed apart from a section of the kitchen where Father was eating ice cream. This occurred when Sector V, in a desperate attempt to defeat Grandfather, dropped the KND Moonbase directly onto Grandfather, causing a colossal explosion that wiped out much of the surrounding area, including a large area of the mansion. Father reacted in mild surprise before muttering "I hate everyone".

Somewhat, Father most likely might get "paid" to be a villain because he owns this mansion, or he could own his own company, as in Operation: C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R. he is shown to conduct his plans around a site funded by Evil Adult Industries Inc. He may also gain his funds through some sort of Ice Cream Man syndicate since his usual henchmen (besides the DCFDTL) are ice-cream men, as shown in Operation: T.R.A.I.N.I.N.G. and Operation: G.R.O.W.-U.P.. Also, the mansion has a dungeon for unknown reasons, maybe to capture KND Operatives or throw away people who Father and the DCFDTL do not appreciate in behavior. Only the first floor, second floor, and Father's secret Lair has ever been revealed in the Mansion.
