Dr. McCoy is the doctor of the S.S. Stinkypants, which was encountered by Tommy Gilligan when he was sucked down the drain of his bathtub in Operation: D.U.C.K.Y..
History[]
Presumably, he was a child that refused to take a bath, and was picked up by the S.S. Stinkypants. He became the doctor of the ship.
He was forced to get clean at the end of Operation: D.U.C.K.Y..
Appearance[]
Dr. McCoy has light brown hair, brown eyes, and a dirty face. He wears a dirty light blue robe and magenta hamster slippers.
