Flapping Lawnmower Apparatus Propelling People Up High

The F.L.A.P.P.U.H. is a fly suit comprised of a pair of makeshift wings that Numbuh 2 created when he saw a fly that had entered the Sector V Treehouse. Numbuh 2 also created a special helmet designed to look like a fly's head that he usually wears with it.

History

Numbuh 2 was struggling to come up with a new idea for 2x4 technology when he noticed a fly in his room. He had it analyzed by a machine and built his own fly suit and chased the fly around in hangar until he crashed into the air vent (Operation: T.H.E.-F.L.Y.).

The suit was later used again by Numbuh 2 to distract the Delightful Children From Down The Lane when they attacked and destroyed the treehouse (Operation: G.R.O.W.U.P.)

Trivia

• Numbuh 2 uses the F.L.A.P.P.U.H. to move around in the game Ice Creamed and in his boss fight against the Common Cold in the game Operation S.T.A.R.T.U.P..
• Its name might be derived of "flapper", a 1920's term for women who challenged social conventions for them in the era.
