Summary[]
Count Spankulot joins the KND and turns from his evil ways.
Plot[]
Count Spankulot is happy spanking every kid that committed a wrongdoing such as not returning a library book. One night, he mistakenly spanks an innocent child named Carlos and consequently sent to jail. Upon finishing his sentence, he decides to use his powers to help children instead of spanking them. Next thing we see, Numbuh 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 were being chased by Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb in their Super-Chair Robot and were trying to take over the playgrounds and took a “drastic step”. Before Mr. Timothy Fibb and Mr. Jonathan Wink could destroy the KND, Count Spankulot arrived much to Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb and Sector V’s surprise and used his powers to bend the Super-Chair Robot whole and then Count Spankulot spanked Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb and ran off. He joins Sector V, but is more annoying than helpful because accidentally crashed the C.O.O.L.B.U.S., told long stories and Sector V got tired and bored and Count Spankulot’s spanking just wasn’t helpful like when he accidentally spanked a bottles of ketchup too hard and got it all over the Kids Next Door. Then Count Spankulot snuck into Numbuh 3’s room where he spanked her Rainbow Monkey and then spanked a booster into the back of the S.C.A.M.P.E.R., and accidentally exploded the back of the treehouse. Numbuh 2, 3, 4, and 5 were a little scared to wake him up to leave. Nigel decides that Count Spankulot can be very useful for an upcoming mission and that night, Count Spankulot and Sector V go to the house of Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb to stop them from building another machine capable of destroying every playground in the world. Count Spankulot goes in and spanks Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb only to discover that Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb's house is actually the house of the judge that sentenced him to jail and his wife. The enraged judge accuses Count Spankulot of deliberately breaking into the house to spank the wits out of them and in court sentences Count Spankulot to "ELEVENTY TRILLION YEARS WITH NO CHANCE OF PAROLE EVER, EVER!!!!!!!!!!". Numbuh 1 pretends to be sorry for Count Spankulot until an oblivious Kuki accidentally reveals that tricking Count Spankulot into spanking the judge and his wife was their plan, which was similar to how they tricked him into spanking Carlos. Count Spankulot hears this and breaks free of the guards while furiously spanking Sector V off-screen for the trouble they caused him. The episode ends with the judge screaming for order in the court where the kids are heard screaming.

- This is the first Count Spankulot episode.
- The Judge looks like an older version of Destructo Dad.
- This episode is notable for certain "adult" jokes, including Count Spankulot being a "Spank-happy vampire", him "spanking a Rainbow Monkey" and the reaction of Judge's wife towards Spankulot at the end.
- It's revealed that the KND were behind both cases where Count Spankulot spanked the wrong person.
- This is the only time the KND knowingly caused an innocent child harm in order to trap an enemy.
- This is the only time the KND use the adult legal system to punish one of their enemies; they use their own prison in later seasons.
- Judge Heerkumsduh is a pun on "here comes the judge".
Series Continuity[]
- Count Spankulot mentions keeping library books for too long as an act punishable by his spanking. He also mentioned this (but as unpaid library fines) back in Operation: C.A.N.N.O.N. as his reason for visiting the KND.
- Count Spankulot spanks Numbuh 3's Rainbow Monkey for fun. He later spanks her Rainbow Monkey again in Operation: L.O.C.K.D.O.W.N. and in Operation: H.O.M.E..
- Despite being sentenced to prison for "eleventy trillion years" without parole, the Count can be seen outside of prison in his next appearances, Operation: M.O.V.I.E. and Operation: A.F.L.O.A.T..
- The Count is still serving his prison sentence in Operation: L.O.C.K.D.O.W.N..
- The term "Spank-Happy Vampire" is later used again in Operation: L.O.C.K.D.O.W.N..
Pop Culture References[]
- Count Spankulot is an obvious parody of Count Dracula.
- This episode is similar to the Powerpuff Girls episode Slave The Day, where Big Billy joins the Powerpuff Girls when they save his life.
- The scene when Count Spankulot crushes Mr. Fibb's and Mr. Wink's superchair by closing his right hand into a fist is similar to how Magneto deals with enemy weapons that are made of metal. It is also the first time he is shown to have such powers.
Errors/Goofs[]
- When we see the Superchair from behind, the gloves are facing the camera. When the shot changes to the front, the gloves are again facing the camera.
- Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb activate spikes underneath their Superchair's shoes after the KND attacks them, but the shoes already had spikes under them when they stepped on the swingset.
- Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb activates spikes under the Superchair's left shoe and raises it to step on the KND, but it's the right shoe that stomps down in the next shot.
- Sector V drop their weapons when the Count turns to them, but the weapons are gone from the ground in the following shots.
- Even though the Count blew up the launch room when he spanked the missile to fit into the S.C.A.M.P.E.R. (and half of the treehouse), they still use the room later to fly with the C.O.O.L.B.U.S..
- Numbuh 1 tells Count Spankulot to get up because they have a mission and then runs towards the ship. Two shots later, Numbuh 1 is running out of that same doorway that he just ran past with Count Spankulot inside.
- The scale in Numbuh 1's drawings of the "new superchair" is wrong compared to how large the previous Superchair was.
- Count Spankulot is spanking Mrs. Heerkumsduh in front of the couch, but she disappears when Judge Heerkumsduh turns on the light. She then reappears when the judge mentions her.
- The second courtroom scene is the same scene as the first one, but with the judge acting a little different than before.
