Kids Next Door Arctic Base is the second most important KND HQ located in the coldest part of Antarctica with 42 levels of training equipments. It is where new recruits are trained (known as Cadets Next Door, or CND for short), under Numbuh 60's guidance before entering the Kids Next Door.
It is also known as Arctic Prison where villains such as Madam Margaret, Heinrich Von Marzipan, Soccer Mom, and President Jimmy Nixon McGarfield and his assistant, Anna Worthington are locked up. They also keep the weapons they confiscated from the apprehended villains here.
