"Now look what you've done, you made me wet myself"

– Mr. B

Mr. B. was the head of the "The Kid-Tacular Kids Channel" before his defeat at the hands of the Kids Next Door.

Appearance[]

He has the physical figure of an infant, but frequently insists that he is not a baby given he has the mind of an adult. To further this point, he wears a blue business suit and red tie. He is however forced to wear a diaper due to his body's lack of control, with no pants to make changing easier.

Biography[]

His broadcasting satellites were repeatedly shot down by the KND, due to their interference with the KND satellite web. When the two confront each other, they immediately assume Mr. B was a baby who could somehow talk. He denied that he was a baby, despite wetting himself and then having his assistant change his diaper in front of them.

He then offered to give the Kids Next Door a show on his network in exchange for being allowed to run it. However, this was done so he could get access to their global satellite web and use it to turn everyone in the world into babies with his Age Cigar.

He was defeated when he was hit by his own weapon and his mind infantized thus making him a real baby. He was put into the care of his two assistants, who were revealed to be his parents that decided on raising him to be nicer. Numbuh 1 then disposed of the cigar, which unfortunately landed in the hands of the Delightful Children From Down The Lane (Operation: C.A.B.L.E.-T.V.).

He appears again in Operation: M.O.V.I.E.

Personality[]

Mr. B was extremely self-conscious of his baby appearance and was prone to fits of rage whenever someone said anything that could sound like the word, "baby". This baby complex of his reached so deep that came up with a plan to turn all humans into babies, just to stop them from calling him one. He was rude towards all of his employees, even his own parents, whom he threatened to fire for suggesting that he was cranky.

Trivia[]

  • By having his mentality reduced to that of a baby, Mr. B was one of the few KND villains permanently defeated.
  • It is possible Mr. B has a growth hormone deficiency or a type of disorder that stunted his growth so he never went physically past infanthood.
  • His personality and appearance is somewhat reminiscent of Stewie Griffin from Seth Macfarlane's TV show, Family Guy, as both are babies who have evil personalities and coincidentally, they both have football shaped heads.
  • He is probably based after the character “Baby Herman” from the movie, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, as the two are both babies with deep male voices and cigars.
  • He mentions having three ex-wives.
  • "Mr. B" most likely stands for "Mr. Baby".
