Mr. John Wink and Mr. Timothy Fibb, also called The Funky Brothers, are a pair of villains who use robotic Super Chairs to fight the KND.

They are almost always seen sitting next to each other and have an alternating speech pattern, often asking rhetorical questions to each other and addressing the other by name at the end of each sentence.

Mr. Wink has a large, brown tuft of hair that covers his eyes, and has a pair of buffalo horns protruding out of it, while Mr. Fibb has walrus tusks and and very large, flipper-like webbed hands. No reason for the duo's bizarre appearance is ever given.

Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb were the first villains to appear in the series, being the antagonists of the pilot episode, No P in the Ool, in which they are the lifeguards of a local swimming pool and are not letting children swim in it, as part of a scheme to make it adult swim forever.

In Operation: C.O.W.G.I.R.L., it is revealed that as children they were members of The Cowboy Kids Club, another group of children who fought against adult villains. Their first names (John and Timothy, respectively) are also revealed in this episode.

They also have many appearances alongside Mr. Boss and Crazy Old Cat Lady. In Operation: F.L.U.S.H., they were both recruited by Mr. Boss to attack the KND. They were defeated after the Toiletnator used a urinal cake to destroy their robot.

  • Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb are based off of James Bond villains Mr. Wint and Mr. Kidd from the movie Diamonds Are Forever.
  • The fact they once fought evil adults before becoming one of them is similar to how some Teen Ninjas were formerly KND operatives.
  • The way how Mr. Wink was turned into a Buffalo and Mr. Fibb into a Walrus is currently unknown.
  • In the polish dubbing, they are called "Pan Tur i Pan Mors" which literally translates to "Mr. Aurochs" and" Mr. Walrus".
