Mushi Sanban is the sister of Kuki Sanban alias Numbuh Three of the Kids Next Door. Despite her young age and innocent appearance, Mushi is very clever and conniving, once using her phony "kiss-and-make-up" attitude to help Numbuh 5 defeat her sister Cree in Operation: S.P.A.C.E.
In Operation: K.A.S.T.L.E., she and her sister were captured by King Sandy and the Knights of the Round Towel in order for Sandy to force Kuki to marry him. The plan failed after Mushi was sent to fetch the rest of Numbuh 3's team, and Sandy subsequently transferred his infatuation for Kuki over to Mushi.
Most recently, Mushi was punished for stabbing a Posh-Party Rainbow Monkey in the back (Operation: C.L.U.E.S.) after she was ratted out by Numbuh 2. In revenge, she dug the Rainbow Monkey doll from its burial site at Plush Meadows Stuffed Animal Cemetery and brought it back to life as a Spankenstine Monster using Count Spankulot's powers, and sent it after Numbuh 2. She was grounded by this by her parents, and was last seen running away with Sandy and his Knights, thus cementing her status as a villain for future episodes.
It was revealed in Operation: S.P.A.N.K.E.N.S.T.I.N.E. that Mushi is 5 years old, and she seems to have a pretty high level of intellect, seeing as how she built the Pizatronic Defibrillinationer Power Switcher superpower-transferrance machine she used on Count Spankulot. She made a very short cameo in Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S., where she stole Professor Triple-Extra Large's perfect snowcone with King Sandy in the scavanger hunt. This is a clue that she knows about the Cake in that episode. Kuki never mentioned her in the live-action interviews.
If not and only, Mushi is the only woman who was portrayed once by a very fat Asian man in a non-animation scene. This was labeled in "Dramalitization".
She is the third sibling of a Sector V operative, the other two are Tommy Gilligan (Numbuh 2) and Baby Joey (Numbuh 4). Like Cree, she is a evil sister of a Sector V Operative, relating to Numbuh 5.
In the future, she is Numbuh 4's younger sister-in-law because Numbuh 4 married Numbuh Three.
The Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends (show) episode Berry Scary has a character named Berry who is very similar to Mushi.
