Summary:

The entire Sector V has come from nine entire missions. As the rest of the team is exhausted, Numbuh 1 seems to be enjoying this and asks the team for one more. Sector V sees Numbuh 1 trips and the operatives say that he's tired too. Numbuh 1 denies this and says he just tripped over a package. The package is actually a pair of Underwear. The operatives make fun of this and Numbuh 3 keeps looking at his butt. Later, Numbuh 1 is attacked by his underwear revealing to be a assassin named Mr. White. The underwear and Numbuh 1 battles and the rest of the team thinks Numbuh 1 has gone crazy. Later, the rest of the sector finds out that Numbuh 1 has been attacked by the underwear. Numbuh 1 falls down a treehouse window from his room, Mr. White comes in and discovers how neat Numbuh 1 folds and treats his underwear. He goes to save Numbuh 1 but the sector V kids come in and threaten the underwear with lasers. Numbuh 3 lets Mr. White go and Mr. White saves the Numbuh 1 from falling. Numbuh 1 is able to survive with no injuries but Mr.White is now out of elastic. Numbuh 3 nurses Mr. White back to health and he develops a plan of revenge on DCFDTL. In the end, the DCFDTL discover a pair of socks, sent by Mr. White.

• It is revealed that the Kids Next Door (besides Numbuh 1) dump all their used underwear in a huge laundry attic.
• Numbuh 1 folds his underwear.
• This is the first time Numbuh 1's buttsize was made fun of. The second was Operation: B.U.T.T..
• The debut of Numbuh 65.3, who is a very minor character in the show.
• In the 2006 and 2008 James Bond films, Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, there is a villain named Mr.White, the boss of the main antagonists Dominic Greene (Quantum of Solace) and Le Chiffre (Casino Royale).
• It is impossible for Numbuh 65.3 to count to the thousandths in digits in minutes.
• At one point near the end, when the Delightful Children are at the door, the blue stripe on Ashley's (the girl with the bow) skirt is missing.
• At a point when the DCFDTL are talking to Mr. White, David (the tall brunette boy with long bangs) smiles after the other Delightful Children.
