- First appearance of Numbuh 362, soon to become new Supreme Leader. Also, Numbuh 86 seems to imply that she was a part of the Decommissioning Squad once.
- It is revealed in this episode, that the DCFDTL collect and keep their toenails safe in a box, instead of just throwing them after cutting them, which Numbuh 86 thought was disgusting.
- "Numbuh 206" is really Numbuh 362 in disguise. She was going undercover to get the DCFDTL's plans and was mistaken for Numbuh 206. Numbuh 86 ruined Numbuh 362's plans and at the end Numbuh 362 yelled at Numbuh 86 for DOING SO.
