Kids Necks Overwhelmingly Tied
Information
Edit
Numbuh 1's morning starts off really bad as he is attacked by Russian serpentine creature. Whose shadow curiously resembles a necktie. It is revealed, when he falls downstairs. That the thing was a necktie and he is now wearing it!
He subsequently meets Vin Moosk, famous Tie Hunter in Russia, and Moosk's two comrades Froggy (a weird kid with a vendetta against ties. For chewing off his finger) and Windsor (a kid in army fatigues).
The group storm Tieland Shopping Mall, but they are attacked by Queen Tie. Can the heroes figure a way out, or will they become accountants forever when a trusted ally betrays them?
Trivia
Edit
- Froggy McDougal is a parody of the Lord of the Rings character Gollum. Also, the storming of Tieland resembles the storming of various castles and dungeons in the LOTR movies.
- Jim Cummings voice of Moosc is a replica of Minsc, a character from the popular computer game Baldur's Gate 2. His famous line from game was also paraphrased, "Where Minsc goes, Evil gets the Butt-Kicking!!!"
- The female operatives of Sector V, Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 5 don't make an appearance in this episode.
- We finally see Mrs. Uno for the first time (having heard her voice early on in Operation: C.A.N.N.O.N.), however we still do not see her face.
- Tieland is a play on the South-East Asian country "Thailand".
- The episode clearly shows that ties are evil. Yet, in episodes where Numbuh 2 is a private eye ([[Operation: P.I.N.K.E.Y.E.]], [[Operation: C.L.U.E.S.]], etc.) he clearly wears a tie.
- The episode is a parody on the movie Aliens, The Queen Tie is the Alien Queen, the Ties are aliens ect. ect.
