Summary: The KND exchange the Toilenator to the adults for a KND operative. Unfortunately, that operative turns out to be the KND's resident idiot, Numbuh 13. When the Macaroni Museum is attacked and the Rainbow Monkey Lisa set to be stolen by Mr. Boss, the KND must stop them, and they must bring Numbuh 13 along because his own team, Sector N, won't take him back.

• This is the second Mr Boss episode, the next being Operation: D.A.D.D.Y. Mr Boss also appears in Operation: M.U.N.C.H.I.E.S. and Operation: C.A.N.Y.O.N. between the two episodes.
• We are given hints of Numbuh 5 having an artistic talent.
• It is revealed that pretty much everyone hates Numbuh 13, as even the villains were upset when he was recaptured by complete accident and his own sector pretends to be attacked so they don't have to take him back.
• The Rainbow Monkey Lisa is a parody of the famous painting The Mona Lisa.
• The Cafe Employee makes a second and last appearance as a cameo.
