Summary: Numbuh 4 eats one of the brussel sprouts, the most harmful vegetables known to children. Numbuh 1, Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 5 must shrink and retrieve it before Numbuh 4 digests it, as Numbuh 3 keeps track how much time Numbuh 4 has left to live.

• This episode spoofed the 1966 film Fantastic Voyage, along with the Franny K. Stein Book, Frantastic Voyage.
• When they're trying to grapple onto Numbuh 4's brain, Numbuh 5 notes that it's small.
• At some point during the episode, Numbuh 3 says: "Hang on, Numbuh 4! You have to pull through! You're my-" before being cut off by the scene changing.
• This is the first episode without any villains.
• At the end of the episode Numbuh 4 finds out he has just eaten a piece of liver and screams "LIVER!!!!!!!!!"
