reindeer system is what santa uses to decide who's good and bad.its completely high tech. If you have watched X-Men its like the room professor xavier uses to see who's mutant and human but santa's is a little different it shows all the children of the world and he decides who is bad and good if there good instant presants if not instant giant coal. The Delightful Children from Down the Lane used so they could get all the presents they want and give the rest coal.
