The Rowdy Hooligans From Across The Square are British counterparts to the Delightful Children From Down The Lane and enemies of Sector E. While they work for Father, they do not appear to be delightfulized. However, acording to Tom Warburton, they are delightfulized. In Operation: E.N.G.L.A.N.D., Nigel Uno, due to misunderstanding English slang, thought that they were Sector E and befriended them. However, they later find out that he was holding the Book of KND. When the real Sector E arrives in the library where the book is kept, the villains' true dispositions are revealed and a battle ensues. In the end, however, it turns out that the book they were fighting over was actually a Rainbow Monkey picture book.
