The Rowdy Hooligans From Across The Square are the British counterparts of the Delightful Children From Down The Lane and are the enemies of Sector E. While they work for Father's British counterpart, they appear to be "rowdyized". However, according to Tom Warburton, they are delightfulized.

History[]

In Operation: E.N.G.L.A.N.D., Nigel Uno, due to misunderstanding English slang, thought that they were Sector E and befriended them. However, they later find out that he was holding the Book of KND and helps him get to the Great Library. When the real Sector E arrives in the library where the book is kept, the villains' true dispositions are revealed and a battle ensues. In the end, however, it turns out that the book they were fighting over was actually a Rainbow Monkey picture book which Trevor loaned from the library and needed to return before midnight. When the misunderstanding was resolved, the Rowdy Hooligans and Sector E brought Numbuh 1 and Monty Uno to the Sugary Belch.

Trivia[]

  • Tennis Boy is based on a character from the Monty Python sketch Nudge Nudge Wink Wink.[1]
  • An early draft had them named the "Bumbling Hooligans From the Northside"[2]
  • The girl is dressed similar to Royal Guard and named "PG" in the storyboards for the episode.[3]
