"Staticky" Stacey is a girl in the fourth grade at Gallagher Elementary School who used static electricity to fight Numbuh 3 over a Rainbow Monkeys book.

Biography[]

Growing up and going to Gallagher Elementary School, she soon became an acquaintance of Numbuh 3 who shared her love for everything Rainbow Monkeys.

On the day that Stacey decided to visit the school library to borrow the fifteenth book in the Princess Character and the Rainbow Monkey Wizards Club book series, she found Numbuh 3 already holding that very book with the intention of borrowing it herself. Infuriated that Kuki took something she wanted, Stacey attempted to grab the book from Kuki, but only managed to give a small static jolt. While Numbuh 3 left with the book, Stacey got inspired to harness the electrifying powers of static electricity. She spent the next sixteen hours shuffling her feet on the school library carpet and accumulating enough static electricity to, in her words, "power half of Detroit". She ambushed Numbuh 3 the following day in the library (who returned to borrow the next book in the series), now calling herself "Staticky Stacey" and shooting electricity everywhere. Their fight was cut short when Numbuh 3's H.A.R.E.S.T.Y.L.U.H. caught fire and activated the water sprinkler system, which shorted out Stacey's powers. Victorious, Numbuh 3 started on her way out of the library, but her reflection (her hair now completely wet) upset her enough to throw the book away in shock. Two passing girls picked up the book and exclaimed how they would take their time over next couple of months to read the book, to the dismay of both Stacey and Numbuh 3 (Operation: S.T.A.T.I.K.).

Personality[]

Stacey appears to be a selfish girl, not allowing anyone to read the Rainbow Monkeys' book series before her, and later claiming all the books to belong to her. She's also very dedicated to revenge, evident by spending 16 hours straight shuffling her feet on a carpet just to attack Numbuh 3.

Trivia[]

  • She could be considered a villainous female parody of the DC Comics character Static Shock.
