Description
Staticky Stacey is a villain who can control static electricity. She is also very selfish, as shown when she wouldn't let Numbuh 3 check out a Rainbow Monkey book. She can be considered as a female villain parody DC's Static Shock.
Her only appearance was in Operation: S.T.A.T.I.K., in Cartoon Network Action Pack #21.
