I find no reason to believe that the KND operatives seen in this treehouse are Guatemalan KND. In the episode, the caramel-beam spreads from Sector U towards the US, and because Mexico is the only country between Guatemala and USA, its safe to believe the KND seen in the episode to be from the Mexican sector.
