Tara Strong is a Canadian-American voice actress who was born on February 12th, 1973 in Toronto (Ontario), Canada. She is a well-known voice actress, but is also an actress, singer, businesswoman, comedian, and voice-over artist.

In Codename: Kids Next Door, she has voiced several characters. The most prominent of these characters is Mushi Sanban. She also voices other numerous characters such as Raven from Teen Titans, Bubbles from the PowerPuff Girls and other characters.
