The Upper Crust was the rock band who played rock music at the party at the Delightful Mansion From Down The Lane during Operation: P.A.R.T.Y. they are based off the real-life band with the same name. They present themselves to the Delightful Children From Down The Lane as a symphonical quartet as they first appeared to play violins which quieted the teens down until they unleashed their music and got the teens wild. The Delightful Children were quite pleased with thier music until they switched to rock. They appear to have a british accent.
