"Strictly business, gentlemen."

– Windsor

Windsor was the son of Vin Moosk's former boss at Accounting and Son (Windsor being the "son" in "Accounting and Son"). He is the main antagonist of Operation: K.N.O.T.

History[]

After Moosk turned against Windsor's father, he joined Moosk's group (which includes Froggy McDougal and later Nigel Uno), pretending to be a "tie hunter" in order to make Moosk an accountant again. He tried waiting for Moosk to slip up, but found out that regular ties will not affect him, so Windsor made a deal with the Queen Tie who lived at Tieland Shopping Mall, to lure Moosk to Tieland, where she would use her breath to turn him into an obedient employee again.

When the group stormed the Shopping Mall after Froggy was turned into accountant and reaches the nest of tie eggs, they was attacked by Queen Tie, who used her tie breath on Windsor but to no avail, much to the confusion of Numbuh 1 and Moosk. Windsor then revealed that he had been wearing a suit with a tie on, revealing himself as a junior executive. He told Moosk and Numbuh 1 that the former was the star accountant at his father's company for years, but the stock took a drastic drop shortly after Moosk quit his job; overhearing his father's desires to get Moosk back, Windsor set to do so. He also explained his deal with Queen Tie to bring Moosk back to his father's company, along with Nigel as a potential worker to deliver his coffee.

Realizing Moosk is in danger, Numbuh 1 attacks him while Moosk shoots the detonator, destroying the eggs and attacking the Queen Tie. He then ordered Queen Tie to attack Moosk and Numbuh 1.

After Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 arrive in their S.C.A.M.P.E.R. to rescue their friend, Moosk sacrifices himself by jumping into the Queen Tie's mouth, destroying it and turning him into an accountant. Later, while Moosk is working for Windsor in the office, he receives a package containing a can of spray starch from Numbuh 1, which re-awakens his rebellious tie-hunting personality. He is one of the few characters to not appear in Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S..

Trivia[]
